📮 PRODUCT SHIPPING
1. Origin of orders
All products from My Bag Imports are shipped directly from the factory in China, guaranteeing the best price and an exclusive variety.
2. Processing time
After payment confirmation, your order enters processing, which takes 3 to 7 business days for picking and international shipping.
3. Delivery time
• The average delivery time to Brazil is 20 to 35 business days after shipment.
• In some cases, due to external factors such as customs inspection, weather, holidays or logistical delays, the deadline may be extended to up to 60 business days.
4. Tracking code
Once the order is shipped, the customer receives a tracking code, which can be tracked on the postal service website or international tracking apps.
5. Customs duties
• Most orders go through without being taxed.
• If any fees are incurred, the buyer is responsible, in accordance with Brazilian law.
🔄 EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal (7 days)
According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has 7 days after receiving the product to request a return due to buyer's remorse, provided that the product is:
• unused,
• without damage,
• Includes all original accessories and packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Defective products
If the product has any manufacturing defects, the customer must contact our team within 7 days of receiving it, sending photos and/or videos that prove the problem.
After analysis, we offer:
• reshipment of the product,
• store credit, or
• Full refund.

3. Exchange for size, color, or model.
Since the products are imported to order, we do not offer exchanges due to incorrect customer selection (size, color, model).
Therefore, we provide detailed measurements and information for each product.

4. Order not delivered
We offer a delivery guarantee. If the order does not arrive within the maximum timeframe (60 business days), the customer can choose:
• Free reshipment, or
• Full refund.
